  Responsible for the translation of business requirements into specific process aligned designs for the Software solution based on multi product/multi industry domain knowledge and best practices in the subject area, applied to standard projects, in order for the Software solution to deliver market leading solutions and provide value to the customer. In line with project processes and messaging, interact with the customer to support the management of customer expectations and support customer adoption by leveraging the complete Delivery framework. Provide architectural guidance and advice to Sales/PreSales pursuits and Services projects, through the complexity of solution architecture options and the long term roadmap for the solution.   I have worked in various positions and organizations during my tenure within the company through the SDRC / EDS / UGS era in many key intiatives and strategic roles within the company. I am a Subject Matter Expert in many different Industries including Automotive, Aerospace and Defense, CPG, Apparel, and Medical Devices. My impacts to every organization I have worked with is well know across the Americas in Development, Training, Services, and Architecture. During my tenure with the company, my work contributed to many successes, awards, and key customer retention as well as the 1st ever ontime and under budget PDM deployment in the history of the company. • Sr. Application Engineer / PLM Consultant at SDRC

  May 1999 - December 2000

  Moving from Services into the Training and Education Organization where I returned back to the Ford C3P Program as an SDRC employee. In the C3P program I continued my Training and support of Ford Motor Company employees and Suppliers in the use of Ideas Master Series CAD/CAM/CAE and introduction into Metaphase which was SDRC's PLM product bridged for Ford Motor Company for use with Ideas. This included both PD Engineers and Designers, and helped drive the effort to replace the home grown unmanageable PDGS CAD software previously used by Ford Motor Company. During this time I also helped author Training Materials and review Instructor Training manuals for validation and correcting.

  January 1998 - December 2000

  Design and Development of Borg Warner Transmission Parts and Assemblies for Mascotech/MetalDyne. Development of CAD standards and processes for Mascotech/MetalDyne using IDEAS Master Series. Development of custom solutions required to meet Mascotech/MetalDyne requirements. Research and Consultation for Visualization Products to meet Mascotech/MetalDyne requirements.

  Moving from Development into the Services Organization under the leadership of Alan Bannin in Santa Clara, California. During this time I worked directly onsite at customer sites in Support of Ideas Master Series users and Installations where I became an Expert and excelled as an Administrator of Ideas Master Series. Some of the customers I've worked with included Lockheed Martin Missles and Space and Seagate technologies.

• Application Development Engineer at SDRC

  January 1998 - June 1998

  During this period working for SDRC my primary focus was on the Ideas Master Series CAD product where I worked within different organizations within the company. The first organization for which I had worked was within the Ideas Products Group of Development at the World Headquarters in Milford, Ohio. In Development I created the 1st test suite for Ideas Master Series Assembly Migration which was used to dramatically improve Ideas Assembly Migration using real customer submitted Assembly data. I also participated in the company's Industry award for the development of 3D Constraints which was cheered and celebrated worldwide and recognized within the CAD Industry.

• Lead Systems Engineer at Henry Ford Community College

  May 1997 - January 1998

  Management of hardware and software for I-deas Master Series on S.G.I. workstations. Software installation, Project management, and Administration of Ideas Master Series. Establishing and maintaining network services, and management of user accounts.

• Ford C3P Technical Trainer at Ford Motor Company

  January 1997 - October 1997 | Dearborn Heights, Michigan

  Technical Training of Ford employees and suppliers in the use of the I-deas 3D CAD software. Assist in the resolution of revenue, grant, and reporting issues.
