May 1999 - December 2000Moving from Services into the Training and Education Organization where I returned back to the Ford C3P Program as an SDRC employee. In the C3P program I continued my Training and support of Ford Motor Company employees and Suppliers in the use of Ideas Master Series CAD/CAM/CAE and introduction into Metaphase which was SDRC's PLM product bridged for Ford Motor Company for use with Ideas. This included both PD Engineers and Designers, and helped drive the effort to replace the home grown unmanageable PDGS CAD software previously used by Ford Motor Company. During this time I also helped author Training Materials and review Instructor Training manuals for validation and correcting.

January 1998 - June 1998During this period working for SDRC my primary focus was on the Ideas Master Series CAD product where I worked within different organizations within the company. The first organization for which I had worked was within the Ideas Products Group of Development at the World Headquarters in Milford, Ohio. In Development I created the 1st test suite for Ideas Master Series Assembly Migration which was used to dramatically improve Ideas Assembly Migration using real customer submitted Assembly data. I also participated in the company's Industry award for the development of 3D Constraints which was cheered and celebrated worldwide and recognized within the CAD Industry.
